How to setup Unity Call Center Holiday Recording

I need help for setting up Unity for Holiday Recording

How is your current call flow going? Can you describe your setup.

I did the following but still not working need help

1. Unity Voice mail - Add a new Holiday

2. Call in during the test and report the result .

3. U VM - Call Management - System call Handlers- Opening Greeting - Edit - Greetings then check the Holiday Boxs .

4. U VM - Enable (Greeting Enabled with No End Date and Time ).

5. U VM - Callers Hear - check ( System Default Greeting ) 6. U VM - After Greeting -Call Handler - Operator

Did you assign the holiday to a schedule and did you assign the schedule to the system call handler
 

Yes I did set holiday to schedule  , But I used the Weekdays schedule and from the Call handler I have opening Greeting

and I made Weekdays is the Active Schedule .

Stiil not working

There is any way we can test that

You are going to need to do more leg work than that.  A one line sentence isn't going to get you much, if any help. 

  • What version of Unity?
  • Is this Unity or Unity Connection?
  • What part don't you understand in the configuration process?
  • Did you review the System Administration Guide?

Unity has been setup for Holiday but sometime working sometime not.

Please go to user /system call handler edit >> greeting >> enable holiday greeting (chose personal recording)

step 2 >> System Settings >>Holiday Schedules (add all the necessary holidays)

step 3 >> user /system call handler >> Active Schedule >> view >>choose correct Holiday Schedule from step 2

 

try it and let us know how it go

There is no greeting under system call handlers , should I create one , I have Operator , openning greeting , Goodye,

 

you should set the holiday greeting for you main auto attendant ..

if there is no call handler you should set the holiday greeting for opening greeting

as every call will land opening greeting if unity did not find the user or call handler with called extension. 

its was setup like this before  , i'm going to follow the instruction you gave me  and I will let you know
