How to skip the dropthrough greetings in CME?

Hi All,

We configured drop-through greetings for the queue in CME. The greetings is too long. Kind of wonder if there is some settings which can enable the "skip" feature allowing the caller press any key to skip the greeting. I couldn't find this settings in the queue. Does this feature exist for the queue in CME?

You can't selectively skip the greeting.  If it's too long, you can alter the greeting, or remove it altogether.
