Hi Sir
I have question about, admin of cucm can trace all history routing to our phone type 7821? because they already received many calling. I wanna analyze all traffic and present way to move some caller to another BU.
What's way of incoming route to this phone, i mean history data not present call. example subject below
- Internal
- Internal Hunt
- Incoming -> IVR -> Direct
- Incoming -> IVR Menu
- Incoming Direct line

An admin of the CM can look at CDR data to map out the calls that happens within the system. This would include information of this kind, however not necessarily broken down in the sections as you ask for.
