Hi everyone,
I have a doubt here about why I can transfer calls that connect directly to a secondary extension (2107) but doing the same thing on the external main line (2100) this configuration does not work.
Could someone tell me where I'm going wrong?
secondary extension
ephone-dn 9 dual-line
number 2107
description +5511xxxx2107
name Lucas
call-forward all 099883xxxx
main line
ephone-dn 15 octo-line
number 2100
description +5511xxxx2100

Do you mean that the "call-forward all 099883xxxx" command can't be entered into the main line ephone-dn, or do you mean that after you enter the command the call does not forward properly?
If you mean that the call does not forward properly, are you forwarding to the same external number or a different external number? (And if it is a different number, does it work if you forward it to the same number?)

Thanks for you reply,
I meant that after entering the command the call is not forwarded, but only at this primary number 2100. This is the number that people call.
I'm forwarding to a different external number. Any number does not work on the 2100.
But in the numbers 2123, 2125, 2126 ... it works. But as I said, our business number is xxxx2100.
