If you mean you have a device with enterprise FW, and you want to migrate to 3PCC, see upgrade.cisco.com

There is no "upgrade" from enterprise to 3PCC (or viceversa), that's a migration.

If you mean you have a 3PCC device and want to upgrade the FW, you need to enter the location of the FW in the upgrade rule
