How to upgrade 7941 to use SIP

Hello,

I would like to upgrade 7941 to Sip (attached). I have used tftp32 on my  Windows 7 and i have configured DHCP into my tffp with other required option. I connected my pc and 7941 to P0E switch . I tried to boot my phone and watch Tftp server in order  to have some activity showing the upgrade process bu nothing happen. thanks for advising

Try adding TFTP server ip manually on phone.

Hi, I met similar problem when I tried to upgrade my 7941G from SCCP to SIP. 

I used to successfully upgrade a 7940G from SCCP to SIP with the tftp32 server. But, with 7941G, it seems the firmware files are much different.

Now my 7941G  only showed a dark screen to me and stopped working. It looks the phone refused to pull the firmware from the server as I can't see any files happened. Maybe the firmware we had is not enough, I guess.
