Hi,

I am sending you a link and a pdf that will help you change the background image.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/7965g_7945g/6_0/english/administration/guide/7965cst.html

Hope this helps.

Hello Payal,

Could you advice why i received the error message , when i want to load my Image with TFTP server please?

Could you please show me what i need to do to prevent this ?

CME-C2851(config)#tftp-server flash:Desktops/320x196x4/TN-Dak.png

File with same name already being served

CME-C2851(config)#

CME-C2851(config)#tftp-server flash:Desktops/320x196x4/Dak.png

File with same name already being served

CME-C2851(config)#tftp-server flash:Desktops/320x196x4/list.xml

File with same name already being served

CME-C2851(config)#

Can you rename the file List.xml to List123.xml and alias for what it needs to be.

eg:

tftp-server flash:List123.xml alias Desktops/320x196x4/List.xml.

You may be running into bug CSCti13845.

Hello Payal,

Thanks on  your quick response , I need to know what you mean by rename ;

Do you mean I should rename it on solarwinds TFTP server folder on my PC e.g

Change name from List.xml to List123.xml then copy it to  CME

Or

You want me to change it on CME , with command ;

tftp-server flash:/Desktops/Desktops/320x196x4/List.xml   = > to

tftp-server flash:List123.xml alias Desktops/320x196x4/List.xml

And will i need to do that to all other files

tftp-server flash:List123.xml alias Desktops/320x196x4/List.xml.

tftp-server flash:List123.xml alias Desktops/320x196x4/Dak.png

tftp-server flash:List123.xml alias Desktops/320x196x4/TN-Dak.png

Thanks,

Dak

Upload as different file name, and create alias for what it needs to be.

Example:

CUCME-Alianza(config)#tftp-server flash0:Desktops/320x212x12/List1.xml alias

Desktops/320x212x12/List.xml

Remember also that we will need to change the name of the file in the flash

as well.

Example:

CUCME-Alianza#show flash

Desktops/320x212x16/List1.xml Upload as different file name, and create alias for what it needs to be.

Hello Payal,

I don't grab it at all .

Did i have to use  "tftp-server flash0:" instead tftp-server flash:

You said   -

"Remember also that we will need to change the name of the file in the flash as well "

Could you  explain how to do this ?

Best Regards,

Dak

Hello Payal,

File with same name already being served

CME-C2851(config)#tftp-server flash:c7941-61/Jas.png alias Desktops/320x196x4/Dak.png

File with same name already being served

CME-C2851(config)#tftp-server flash:c7941-61/TN-Jas.png alias Desktops/320x196x4/TN-Dak.png

Dak
