How to upload list of extension in Excel to the Corporate Directory

Hi All,

We have the extension of everyone in an Excel sheet. Does anyone know how do we upload list of extension in Excel to the Cisco LDAP - Corporate Directory?

if youd CUCM integrated with LDAP/AD ?

if yes then you need to update the telephne number filed of the users properties in AD becuase call manager just imported from LDAP and can not be edited

if you are using locally created users then you can use BAT .CSV file to update users using user id and telephone number fields

Are you able to be more specific?

What we did is going to the option End User to add the extensio so that it shows up in the directory.

Now that I have an excel, where do I go to launch/upload the bat file? Thanks
