Hi,

I have Cisco IP Phone 7965 and CCME Router 3945 with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express 8.6. Currently our PABX operator is using TWO 7906 IP Phones for two receive incomming call from different lines in following manner :

ephone-dn 1 dual-line

number 1001 secondary 324687

name Operator

call-forward busy 1002

call-forward noan 1002 timeout 10

huntstop channel

no huntstop

!

!

ephone-dn 2 dual-line

number 1002 secondary 333865

name operator

huntstop channel

no huntstop

!

ephone 1

mac-address 0021.A086.6862

max-calls-per-button 1

busy-trigger-per-button 1

type 7906

button 1:1

pin 3281

!

ephone 2

mac-address 0021.A086.68F4

max-calls-per-button 1

busy-trigger-per-button 1

type 7906

button 1:2

pin 3281

Now i am going to issue Cisco IP Phone 7965 to PABX operator where he/she can use single IP Phones 7965 to receive incomming call to 333865 and 324687.

Can anyone help me how to make my Cisco 7965 Phone to receive incomming calls from 333865 and 324687?

Thanks
