Cisco SX20 does not get video and audio from Cisco Jabber Client

I can ct onnect to Cisco SX20 using Cisco Jabber Client and get audio and video on my desktop, but SX20 cannot get my audio and video.I tested two Cisco Jabber Clients and they work very well.Do you have any hint to solve this issue ???
