Hi ,

I am running IPCC 7.x version in my network as a stand alone server.

For some promts / scripts when i try to download i am getting an "HTTP status 404 " error.  But the same prompts plays properly when there is any call lands on that queue.

Attaching the screen shot of the same.  Can someone let me know what could be the issue.

Thanks in advance,

Siddharam

Hi Siddharam,

There is a known bug for UCCX 7.X:

CSCta49889    Download a script with filename has space failing with http 404 error

Symptom:

Getting error when downloading the script from the appadmin -script mgmt page

Conditions:

Only if the script file has space in it

Workaround:

none

Further Problem Description:

upload works but download not working

The workaround for the defect would be to use a script without the spaces. If you want you can access the script from C:\ProgramFiles\wfavvid\Scripts\user.

If your script has spaces or special characters, please try the above suggestion.

You can also upgrade to 7.1 for the bug fix.

Regards,

Tere.
