hunline number not playing greeting message

Hi,

We have 12 landlines connected on FXO ports. One of the number is huntline which is connected on one of the FXO port and doesnt play greeting message. rest all lines play greeting message.

Anyone having this issue?

what is your setup CME or CUCM ? what is your version ?

whose responsible for playing IVR, Unity/UnityExpress/Contact Center?

CUe is registered in CUCM. connection is reffering to CTI RP

the huntline is configured from the provider or from your CUCM ?

that means in all ports make sure you configure connection plar towards the greeting message.

for the one that you don't have a greet message. is some one answer it ?

make sure that all your FXO lines connected to the router. sometimes there are issues with cabling or the provider add one number in the list by mistake
