Hi all,
How does the hunt/line group longest idle calculation work?
Does it count 'outgoing' calls in it's idle calculation?
Or just incoming calls via the hunt group?
Cheers

Hi David,
I thought this was an interesting question
I just tested this out in the lab to verify & the "Longest Idle"
calculation does take into account all calls not just calls that route
via the Hunt Group.
So in my test I was using DN's 5126 & 8727
First call via Hunt went to 5126, second call went to 8727
third call back to 5126, fourth to 8727 so this would mean that
the fifth call would go to 5126....but if in the intervening time
5126 made or received any call and 8727 did not, the fifth call
went to 8727.
Cheers!

Hi Rob,
Yes I thought it was an interesting question also when one of our clitents asked me.
I couldn't find anything documented on CCO that made it clear.
Thank you very much for testing this in your lab. Much appreciated!
Cheers,
Dave
