Hunt List - Options to stop hunting and go to voicemail

Hello,

CUCM version 7.1.5

I have setup a hunt pilot with a hunt list and 2 line groups, where the first line group broadcasts on 3 phones and then when it rings out and goes to the second line group it rings on the one phone and then automatically hangs up instead of going to exchange voicemail as per normal if you were to call the extension directly.

I cant see any options, but checking to see if anyone can help - is there an option for the hunt to stop hunting and be forwarded to the phone extension, giving it the functionality to go to voicemail.

Hi

Check at Hunt Pilot Config

And check at  the *Hunt Forward Settings* to  Use Personal Preferences
