Hunt Pilot DN shown instead of Called DN on CUCM8.5

Hi,

We've got a Witness Recorder that only reports on the Hunt Pilot and not the answering DN. Is it possible for CUCM to display the Answering DN?

TAC say not but I'm hopefull

I am not sure if your recordings are tied to CDRs

If you are using CDRs you can try changing a service parameter

Service Parameters ---> Call Manager ---> Advanced

Show Line Group Member DN in finalCalledPartyNumber CDR Field

The default is FALSE so you see the Pilot Number

If you set to TRUE you see the Hunt Group Members DN.

Unfortunately we already have that field checked. I'm being told this isn't possible when using SPAN. I don't need to see the metadata just the DN!

Surely this is possible?!
