I cannot hear anything but others can hear me

HELP! I was given the phone from my office. Its plugged in and all lights are green. I can make a call and it will ring incoming - however I hear NOTHING. The person on the other end hears me fine. I cannot use the speaker (handsfree) either. I have the volume turned up all the way also. IP Telephony and Phones, Other IP TelephonyIP Telephony and Phones, Other IP Telephony

Sounds like you're an end user, you need to reach out to your IT department for assistance with this.

In most cases that's a routing, FW/ACL/security issue that needs to be fixed.
