I need urgent help with Direct-inward-Dial

Hello Team,

Please I need help with my installation. I am setting up a CME V10 IPT

I have a DID range of 80380553xx to 350

When my phones make external (PSTN) calls, they all use the same line 8038055300 instead of their individual numbers. Example. extension 305 should call with 8038055305.

Secondly inbound calls are not reaching the extensions, I always get the message "The number you are calling is not allocated"; but from debug voip dial-peer, I can see that the calls from PSTN are reaching my gateway.

Hello Anthony,

for incoming call you don't outbound dial-peer matching to called and calling number that's why your calls is failing and for outbound call can you please send the output of

show dial-peer voice summary and also make another outbound test call enable below debugs

in last log we see we are sending out the call from VGW to PSTN with below number by matching dial-peer voice 2 pots .

you need to make for incoming and outgoing what number needs to be translated and what number is being expected by TELCO . correct the same on VGW by creating translation rule and pattern or on CUCM.

Also i see a translation rule configuration in the VGW config but this is incomplete one. you need to apply on calling or called which is not there.
