I want to SET automatic massage to one extension IP Phone

Hello,

I want to to SET an automatic massage to one extension IP Phone,

For example Am working in hospital if a out side caller calling to office Extension 1234 he should able to listen the audio message 2 times after that call should disconnect.

Please provide me steps how the configure the extension and audio message how to save

In Production we are using UCS server BE6000

Please help me!
