Hello everyone, I work for the get air call center that takes care of all of the get air locations worldwide. Our company provides us with cisco 303 IP phones which are very useful and practical, they meet the requirements needed to go through with the job. Recently I moved to Mexico, Queretaro to be quite specific. I connected my ip phone to the Router through the SW cable and connected it to my mac through the PC port at first the lights would blink green and i couldn't call and receive calls, It would automatically say connected and start counting up the call times as if it were already in the call. We tried many things but nothing worked so we decided to change our internet provider, because when an engineer friend tried it at his house it worked with that internet provider.
After we changed it we encountered another issue, which we were not expecting. The lights were orange, we didn't know what it meant. How come the internet provider didn't work at my home but it did at my friends. We realized that we had no outgoing phone line. when we bought the phone line it didn't work. we tried the config for the phone which didn't work either. We tried factory resetting the phone and it had no results. I tried purchasing a very good and reliable VPN and it didn't work. we tried turning off the the wifi firewall and uPnp and nothing. We tried connecting and disconnecting. we checked the IP phone config and nothing
It seems like we've tried just about everything and there are no results all it said when you click the orange lights is. Failed (NO RESPONSE) or NotRegistered. I am currently very stressed because it can most definitely cost me my job. If anybody knows what else i could do that would be amazing
Hope everyone is having a good day and thank you for taking the time to read my problem

I would advise you to reach out to the corporate support organisation at the company that you work for and have them help you with this. It’s not much we can do in this public community to help you with this.
