We have a requirement in ICM that when a call comes to agent and they do not pick up the call for 3 rings(~12 sec) it will ring an external ringer in that location.
In Avaya we used to configure hunt group with time and port to ring an analog device i.e after 30 secs if no one answer a call in hunt group it will ring the port that we have given in hunt group and an analog line is added in with the same port in avaya pbx.
We have setup RONA script for the ICM but would like to know how can I ring and analog phone from ICM to the cisco call manager.

You can use a Label node within your RONA script to go to a CUCM Directory Number, Route Pattern, et cetera.

Not a good practice, but if that what business want then their call. Consider using refer transfer for this otherwise CVP will pull the call back after CVP RONA timer.
