Hi All,
I have an one way audio when the ip phones call to someone in the remote sites crossing ICT (GK controlled) when this call is forwared to Cisco Unity, the greeting is never hear from the calling party number. I have setup the ICT with G729 and the Unity is negotiating G711, is it important for the issue, any guide?

Issues with one way voice can often be attributed to ip routing.
As your calls are routed across an ICT and then forwarded to VM, ensure that the Unity server is able reach the IP subnet for where the Calling party is.
