I want to spoof my caller ID when I call PSTN wiht my cisco voice gateway.
if any idea please guide me

you need to define what you mean by sppof, if you want to send a number outside of your range to the telco they will most likely simply reset it to the main number for your PSTN connection. you can of course manipulate the numbers within your range as you feel fit with a translation profile on the dial-peer in question or on the route pattern/gateway in UCM

You do not provide enough information
CUCM? CME?? version?
MGCP? H323? SIP?
PRI? SIP trunk? FXO??
Just saying you want to do something without providing details of what you have to at hand makes it impossible for someone to tell you if it's possible and how to do it.
For instance, if it's an FXO telco most probably won't let you change this and many SIP providers reject calls if the calling number is not what they provided.
Just with the information you provide use:
a) translation pattern
b) translation-rule
Plenty of info on www.cisco.com and NetPro if you search how to configure them.
