I have a non-gatekeeper ICT with qsig between 2 CUCM clusters, one running 7.1.2, the other 4.1.3. Unity is connected to the 7.1.3 cluster, and call from the other system roll over to Unity without problem on busy, and no answer scenarios. The problem is when I idivert from a phone on the remote cluster it sends me to "welcome to Unity" not the mailbox. Any ideas?
