what file you used ? is it bootable ?
I hope you attached the ISO file from data store, but you forgot to check the Connected check box.

yes. Actually I installed the CUC and IMP sub with the same way. But now for Subscriber I got this error.
I just installed another iso file, which is work as well. But I get for CUC the below error. Do you have any idea about this one ?

Check the subscriber network settings, CUC subscirber installing is not able to connect with CUC publisher.
