I am having a problem integrating a AVAYA CS100 Release 5 and Cisco callmanager 8.5
From a cisco phone We can make a SIP call , but we cannot receive a SIP call.
I need to know is this normal to have URI like this?

go to call manager enterprise parameter
in the field
Cluster Fully Qualified Domain Name
add *.volcan.com

I have this same problem with a customer. The Nortel CS1000MG is sending XXXX@name.local and CUCM doesn't accept the call. I am trying the solution tonight and post how it went.
