Inbound international calls on one particular phone/extension only

Hi Team,

I have a customer which would like to receive Inbound international calls on one particular phone/extension only. Below is the detail. Can you please suggest?

1: Callmanager software version  is 11.5
2: IP Phone Model is 7811
3: Voice gateway integration with cucm is through H.323
4: PSTN Circuit is PRI.

Put an extension on the phone and on the H323 gateway have a voice translation rule that will translate all intl calls (on dial peer) to the extension.

can you give an example of what the international number is that will be caLLED AND THE ACTual extension on that phone?
