I have a RJ9 adapter and connected my wired headphones to a Cisco 8841. I can hear the dial tone. Can't seem to get the incoming call ringer to work into it. Can I have some help with this? Or is there a recommendation to get a RJ9 compatible headset instead if that's the only way to get an in-ear ringer?
PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE/HAD A CISCO 8841 AND HAVE HAD IT FUNCTIONING WITH A HEADSET.
