Hi All,
I have issue with my Unity connection :
-when i call the extension of CTI route Point which is has same extension number with my call handler extension,i can hear the greeting and enter the caller input properly
-but when i route my incoming call on translation pattern to that CTI extension,when i do incoming call from my mobile phone,i only hear greeting of my call handler,but i cannot enter the caller input,the caller input didn't work properly.just like the digit i press on my mobile phone didn't send to my call manager.
the call flow : GW->CUCM->CUC->Call Handler

Hi,
CUC supports KPML and RFC 2833. Can you check the DTMF preference set on the outgoing dial-peer which is pointing to the CUCM.
Try specifying the below under dial-peer:
using the dtmf-relay sip-kpml rtp-nte
