CME 4.3, 2811 router running 12.4(15)XZ.
4 incoming lines connected to FXO ports.
Calls go to the same number, but second or more calls do not ring and go right to the AA. AA is used as a backup to leave a message after hours.
What am I missing to make the second call ring? Partial config follows. Ephone-dn's are not in a hunt group.

Hello,
Try configuring the ephone-dn's as dual-line, and then on the line appearances, add the command "huntstop channel". ex:
ephone-dn 47 dual-line
number 270
pickup-group 1
label Incoming Call
description Incoming Call
name Incoming Call
call-forward busy 270
call-forward noan 270 timeout 16
huntstop channel
no huntstop
hold-alert 30 originator
!
!
ephone-dn 48 dual-line
number 270
pickup-group 1
label Incoming Call
name Incoming Call
preference 1
call-forward busy 270
call-forward noan 270 timeout 16
huntstop channel
no huntstop
hold-alert 30 originator
!
!
ephone-dn 49 dual-line
number 270
pickup-group 1
label Incoming Call
name Incoming Call
preference 2
call-forward busy 270
call-forward noan 270 timeout 16
huntstop channel
no huntstop
hold-alert 30 originator
!
!
ephone-dn 50 dual-line
number 270
pickup-group 1
label Incoming call
description Incoming call broadcast
name Incoming call
preference 3
call-forward busy 240
call-forward noan 240 timeout 16
huntstop channel
huntstop
Hope that helped, if so please rate

Hi Dan,
Just to add some info about,
Dual-Line:
A dual-line directory number has the following characteristics:
â¢One voice port with two channels.
â¢Supported on IP phones that are running SCCP; not supported on IP phones that are running SIP.
â¢Can make two call connections at the same time using one phone line button. A dual-line directory number has two channels for separate call connections.
â¢Can have one number or two numbers (primary and secondary) associated with it.
â¢Should be used for a directory number that needs to use one line button for features like call waiting, call transfer, or conferencing.
â¢Cannot be used for lines that are dedicated to intercom, paging, message-waiting indicator (MWI), loopback, and music-on-hold (MOH) feed sources.
â¢Can be combined with single-line directory numbers on the same phone.
Note that you must make the choice to configure each directory number in your system as either dual-line or single-line when you initially create configuration entries. If you need to change from single-line to dual-line later, you must delete the configuration for the directory number, then recreate it.
Best regards,
- Adrián.

Figured it out. Had call-forward busy on DN's 50, 49, and 48. Took that off and it rolls like it should now.
Left call-forward busy on DN 47 so that if they are all in use, it will go to the AA.

Hi,
I think you have miss configured the phone button command..that is...to configure a hunt
using shared line you have to follow the following procedure
ephone-dn 47
number 270
.......
preference 3
.......
!
!
ephone-dn 48
number 270
..........
preference 2
.........
no huntstop
........
!
!
ephone-dn 49
number 270
..........
preference 1
............
no huntstop
...........
!
!
ephone-dn 50
number 270
...........
no huntstop
so you have 4 shared line with same number and you can assign it to four lines like this
ephone 3
device-security-mode none
mac-address 0013.1AFF.3005
type 7960
button 1:1 2c50,49,48,47 3m2 4m3
ephone 5
device-security-mode none
mac-address 001E.13B0.3786
type 7970
button 1:5 2c50,49,48,47 3m2 4m3
ephone 7
device-security-mode none
mac-address 0015.2BA2.052C
type 7960
button 1:7 2c50,49,48,47
ephone 18
device-security-mode none
mac-address 001D.A231.7AE3
ephone-template 1
max-calls-per-button 4
type 7921
button 1:14 2c50,49,48,47
You should use (2c50,49,48,47) not (2o50,49,48,47) So that in the second line of 4,5,7and 18 phones are in a shared hunt group and if a call comes to 270 the first preference line will ring first and if it is busy the call will go to the next preference line. In your case if one call comes and attempt for a second call to 270 the call will assume busy and go to voice mail or AA if configured on that line
