Hello Everyone,

My Customer has a CME installed under Cisco ISR 4431, this router contains two interfaces BRI,

we have configured the all the Features, everything work properly, one single point, is when we make a call from PSTN to Internal using BRI Interfaces, the doesn't rings on the IP Phone that specified to receive External Calls

when I debug using "debug voice q931",  I can see nothing on the Terminal

Could you please help me for this issue ?

Please share your running configuration.

If you don’t get any output from the debug and you have turned on term mon and have not turned off terminal logging in configuration it would indicate that the call is not reaching the gateway. Are you sure your calling to the correct number? If you are you’ll need to reach out to your provider to check with them why the call doesn’t get sent into you.

Hello Roger,

Echoing Roger's comment, if the call isn't appearing in "debug isdn q931" then the CME can't do anything to route it.

Are the BRI interfaces all properly up (show isdn status)?

Layer 1 should be ACTIVE and Layer 2 MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
