Hi!
Need some help with how to troubleshoot the following issue:
One of our customers reports that they Intermittently gets "From 0" as CLI for incoming calls.
I have tried myself but can not recreate the problem.
How can I troubleshoot on this? Any hints as to why this would occur?
Customer is using CUCM 7.1.(3), PSTN GW Cisco 2811 with 3 BRIs.

Hello,
You can enable detail CUCM traces and loggin in the routers if is possible. Also advice your customer to let you know as soon as the issue happens so you can take collect the traces.
