Incoming Calls not reaching IP phone

Hello Team

Please I need your help. About 2 months now, incoming calls no longer reach the IP phones on configured extension. Outgoing calls work perfect. And internal communication works fine. Line can be heard ringing from caller side but does not ring on the extention number as it should.

Could you please describe your UC Infrastructure, is it CUCM, CME?

Was there any change on your Edge Configuration? Do you use a Cube Router, is there any change on your dial-peers?

Thanx for responding. Its a CME ver 8.6, 2921 ISR. No CUBE. No change on dial peers. Extension of interest is 499. PSTN line is 01-2910303. I have uploaded sh run and sh dial-peer voice summary  info as well. Please let me know if you need anything.
