We've been running CUCM 6.1 for a while now and haven't had any issues. We recently have come across 1-2 auto attendants elsewhere that are detecting the wrong DTMF tones from us. i.e. from multiple Cisco phones we are seeing:
Number dialed: 2101
Number detected: 2302
Number dialed: 2101
Number detected: 2701
Number dialed: 2101
Number detected:2203
I noticed that the H225 DTMF Duration Service parmater was set to 300ms. I don't know the reason why this was increased from 100 to 300ms a while back.
I enabled debugging on our gateway and confirmed that it's receiving the correct digits and that the tone duration matches the H225 DTMF Duration timer value in CUCM.
Any idea on how we can correct this?
