Incorrect SIP logs in CUCM 9.1.1

Hi Team,

I am having CUCM 9.1.1 with SIP Voice Gateway into my environment.

current scenario-

9951 IP phone--CUCM---SIP trunk---SIP gateway---FXO line

when i dial an external number from IP phone, in SIP logs, in from header it is showing correct header with IP phone extension@cucm IP (2001@10.2.249.11) but in To field it just shows 9@cucm IP address (9@10.2.249.11). Below is sample which i am seeing in CUCM logs. Unfortunatily cucm is dialing the calls outside without any issue but in logs its not showing complete dialed number.

From: "Sandeep Nair" <sip:2001@10.2.249.11>
To: <sip:9@10.2.249.11>

I am using 9 as a prefix for outside dialing. Please let me know if some one ever faced this kind of issue.

I have also attached CUCM traces, please help me anyone has faced this issue.

Time Stamp: 20:30:20.856  for the logs where i can see this behavior.

Hi Shambhu,

does it happening only for 9951 phones or all other phones?

how is the Route Pattern configured?  urgent priority is checked on that?

CUCM trace attachment is missing in the post

We have only 9951 phones into our environment so not able to check with other models.

No, we have not checked urgent priority in route pattern.

CUCM traces has been attached.
