informacast ver 7.1 issue

my costumer have bussines edition ver 7.5  with informacast ver 7.1

when i press the paging button that i configure, all the phone that add to the recaption group r paging fine

all the 7970 model phone ( ver 9.2.3) cant be page for some reason

any ideas????

Shoham,

It is not uncommon to run into firmware compatibility issues with IC, are other phone types running the same version?

Are all the phones in the recipient group you are sending the page to?

Which Business Edition do you have?  Here is a matrix showing compatibility of IC to Cisco platforms:
