Initial Announcement and Music for external callers

Hello,

i'm new to this forum and i hope to get some assistance.

We're using CUCM 9.1 and my Boss wants that all callers hear an announcement and music instead of the ringtone.

I already tried with call queuing for our hunt-group, but this only works, when all phones are busy.

Is there any way to get the announcement to play everytime?

There's no way to change the ringtone for music, and as you mention, we only provide MOH right away when using queuing.

The only way to get an announcement everytime would be to involve CUC or UCCX in every single call, or do this via TCL scripting before sending the call to CUCM, CUCM does not offers this as an out of the box feature.
