I'm having issue on our cisco jabber, 32bit version can connect to CUCM server but 64bit can't, I can't downgrade IOS or downgrade cisco jabber anymore. Is there any issue on a 64bit jabber or there are setting s that I need to change in CUCM server to be able a 64bit jabber could connect. Were using IPAD mini 2 most is IOS9 with cisco jabber 32bit version. I'm having problem only on these IOS 11 with 64bit cisco jabber version. Anyone could give me ideas or solution on this problem.
