Hi All
I´m using the CUE 8.6.1, i need to integrate with CUCM 8, I´ve created the CTI Route Point and CTI port associated to JTAPI user as well.But I cannot register the CTI with CUE, when I try add the CTI port got the error "CTI Port maximum limit exceeded".
See the Screen for my license status on the CUE
Could you please help how configure my AA, if there are any way to do that

Bruno,
This is licensing issue, notice you only have 2 permanent IVR ports, but there are no voicemail port permanent licenses, did you buy any ports and if so you need to register the PAKs and upload and activate on CUE.
This type of question/issue is frequenty asked here, so searching this forum should reveal many good similar threads.

You are most correct, CUE ports are licensed and each port corresponds to concurrent call.

Now I have a doubt 2 Ports for AA means just 2 simultaneous calls?
