Intercom extension the same as phone's extension in CUCM

Hi,

I have configured an intercom with the same number as the phone's extension indicated in the route plan report. Will this cause problems that I have to change the extension number of either the phone line or the intercom line?

You will probably see in the Route Plan Report, that the intercom DN is in a differerent Partition. So, numbers are isolated and will not have a problem. Of-course you should grant access to these DNs using the appropriate CSSs.
