Intermittent voice disconnection problem on CME

Hi,

One of my customer is having problem with intermittent voice disconnection issue on CME. The customer has two location and both locations are connected via site to site VPN. Sometimes internal call between two location is getting disconnected after 5 minutes  or 3 minutes. Anybody has any idea regarding this problem.

Hi, you may want to check your qos settings or the vpn link to see for packet drops etc.
