I couldn't run version 3, got error; Error in packet. Reason: authorizationError (access denied to that object) I have used version 2 and sent you the output of snmpwalk which works. But still not getting all the information.

Hi, I am having issues that CSPC (Version 2.8.1.4) is not showing product family and Serial number of discovered devices even though the option is selected Yes --Serial Number Duplicate check under Settings-Discovery Settings. I have used SNMP and SSH to discover the devices. Also SNTC is not showing any devices under Inventory list ( devices shows under all hosts) although Upload processing shows it is successful. Anybody has any idea what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

Hi, I have a situation where I need to upgrade ACS 5.1 to 5.5 which running under VM environment. On Primary server I have less amount of space on internal file system, need to add more space for that volume. My question is that, if I add let's say 100 GB on primary, do I need to add same amount on secondary to make it identical? Appreciate your help. Thanks!

Hello Experts, I am looking for some kind of process documentation for upgrading ACS 5.1 to 5.5, from Cisco's documention I found that first I have to upgrade 5.3 and then 5.5. I have two production ACS servers with Primary and Secondary. When upgrading to newer version, first I have to start with the secondary server and de-register and upgrade to 5.3 and 5.5. When the secondary server is upgraded to version 5.5, then upgrade the Primary server and re-register the secondary server on the Primary server. My question is while I am upgrading the secondary and primary servers what will be the impact on the production like downtime and the risk factor, if anybody was on that situation and how did you plan for the upgrade process. Hi, I am looking for some documentation about the pros and cons about using single interface vs. two interfaces when configuring stateful failover. I know it is always best to keep the LAN-based failover and stateful failover data streams on separate interfaces. The stateful failover data stream is usually much larger than the LAN-based failover because of the usually large number of connections that come and go. In addition, LAN-based failover messages must be able to travel between the two units without being lost or delayed. Otherwise, the loss of LAN-based failover messages indicates that one or both units have failed. Is there any more deatails on this? Thanks.

The email hosting company and the WAN service provider have verified that they don't see any error on their end. If we bypass the router, it works fine.
