Hello there!!
A client have a CUCM 10.5 installed. They have an issue when they try to forward a call to an internal extensión. Problems start when they try to dial destination number, after two numbers dialed an occupied tone is heard.
Anybody out there could help me with this, please?

Seems a high possibility of an overlapping pattern which is not accessible from the CSS of the phone you are forwarding the call from.
Check for any Translation pattern or any Directory number that has Urgent priority checked.
You can also go to the route plan report and check all the patterns similar to the one you want to enter in the destination.

Have you already reviewed the CSS and the CSS activation policy that is configured?

CSS have been reviewed. All CSS have authorization to call to an internal phone.

That it´s. I checked CFA CSS Activation Policy and it was changed.
