Internal Caller ID - Voicemail Pilot (CUCM 8.6)

Hello, all!

CUCM 8.6.2, CUC 8.6.2

Interconnection using SIP trunk, single Voicemail Profile and single Pilot (00005998)

Currently, 4000 SIP IP phones (no SCCP or H323 end devices)

When pressing the message button, users get the 00005998 on display. Can this be changed to an Internal Caller ID?

Found a few info on that, but not regarding SIP from end to end...

When you say internal caller ID, what do you mean as that is internal caller ID?

If you want to dispaly a name such as Voicemail, etc you can change that in Unity Connection under Port Group --> Advanced Settings --> "Remote-Party-ID"
