internal calls issue

Hi, Im having this issue: when an internal extension is dialed from another extension, sometimes it rings just once and then the call drops, and sometimes it does not ring at all. CUCM 9

If it rings, signaling and CSS should be fine, most likely you'll need to review some CUCM traces to find out if this might be a codec issue or something else.
