CFwdALL work only for principal line, not for other line

Hi

I have one CUCM 8 and Voice gateway on cisco 2911
I have many(9) PSTN line connected on the FXO port of  the voice gateway

One assistant have one 7962 and CP-7916= : I configured 10 extension on this phone
All PSTN incoming call are forwaded to  the 9 extension of assistant
8000(internal call), 8001 (PSTN line1) 8002(PSTN line2) ... 8009(PSTN line9)

My goal :  when assistant configure CFwdALL call on their IP phone, all incoming  (internal and all 9 incoming PSTN) should be forwaded to user B extension 8100(user B have 6921 phone)

But when assistant use the CFwdALL button to send all their call to user B (8100), only internal call (incoming call on extension 8000) are forwaded to user 8100

Please how can I achieve my goal

This has been asked hundreds, and hundreds of times before, a 2 minute search on CSC would have provided the answer.

That's WAD, there are some alternatives and all of them are in previous posts on the subject
