Dear Cisco Support

I configured Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console to use with CUCM 7.1.3.

Everything is working fine.Database , integration with cucm.

But i faced two issues

1- Internal Directory is not showing in Attendant Console Logging when i logged in.I configured End users associate with devices and assigned primary extension but still not able to see it in Attendant console

2- i registered 10  CTI ports starting from 2001 to 2010 in CUEAC but only 5 got registered rest is not registering..

Any help  appreciate

1. Ensure all the end users have first name , last name and telephone number field attached to them.

Ensure that you can ping the CUEAC server from the client machine using hostname.

Go to Directory Synchronization and tick the check box "Enable Directory Synchronization".

Restart the LDAP plug in. Ensure that there are no directory filters that is preventing the import of users from CUCM database. The LDAP logging in the CUEAC server will be helpful.

2. Go to TSP settings. Change “Desired number of possible Automated Voice lines under “Automated Voice Calls”, from current 5 to the recommended 255. Re initiate a sync with the CUCM.
