Hi Syed,
What is the route pattern used for international calls. Check for any overlapping route patterns in the system.

Hello Everyone,
This is now fixed.
I do not know how but urgent priority was checked on the pattern which was causing problem.
Thank you so very much for your help & support.
Appreciate it... Cheers

If you're only looking at route patterns to discard overlapping, you're not doing this right.
You need to review your WHOLE dial plan, and look not only for DN/patterns that start with 9, but also anything that has wildcards and could be a match.

Hi Syed,
If call are working when dialled enbloc, there are more chances that you are hitting a pattern while dialing digit by digit which is causing issue.
You can check overlapping pattern in DNA easily.
You can find the same information in CCM traces make sure you Set Under Call manager service parameters, also it has to be dont on all server as it is a System parameter not Clusterwide parameter.
