International dialing not working

International dialing is not working for number starts with 6 but all other international numbers are working.

We have two TPs, one for number starts with 6 and the other one is for all otehr international numbers

NOt working : Call scenario for number start with 6 :

call hits TP with 9001.6[^6]!

It discard the digits before dot(.) and prefix ++001001 it converts to **001.!

and now the call should hit RP **001.! and should goes out through SIP trunk

Working Call scenario for all other numbers working :

We have TP with 9001.[^06]!!

It discard the digits before dot(.) and prefix ++001001 it converts to **001.!

and now the call should hit RP **001.! and should goes out through SIP trunk

We have observed for all other sites calls are going as offnet , but for this site intl calls are going as on- net.

IMP: When I try to dial the number ++0010016019426XXXX it works, but it is not working when we dial 90016019426XXXX.

Please suggest what needs to be done

Use dialled Number analysis to  see the call flow for  both numbers. Take debugs from gateway and see the  called number which you  are sending  to ISP.

I have used DNA analysis here it is showing route this partition and the call is going as on net but for other location calls are routing as offset.

Sbc team said that they have not seen any call coming in from call manager
