We are supporting for a set up where UCS 220 server ,,CIMC ,CUCM & UCCX application are in use..

Due to merger with the other organization there are conflicts of private IP addressing in both entities.

Since we are working towards eliminating these conflicts organization wide, we are in need of changing the Voice IP network.

So what will be the sequence to change IP address  it will be like CIMC->VMware->UCCX-> CUCM

or is there any other process we need to follow ..

CIMC and VMware ESXi are independent of the voice applications and can be changed during the same window or different. As to the applications you can follow Cisco documentation on re-IPing the applications properly as you need to follow proper procedure.  There is no specific order as to which one needs to be changed first, but all integration references i.e. AXL, JTAPI, RMCM in CCX need to point to new IPs on CUCM. All voice gateway references to CUCM IP addresses need to be changed. So, very careful planning is vital.
