Gentlemen:
What is the version of IP communicator more appropriate for a MAC OS 10.6.4.
Or one that is able to run smoothly?
Thanks

Hi Boris,
At present the IP communicator is not supported by MAC OS .Please refer to the following link for more information :
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cipc/7_0/english/release/notes/CIPC70_RN.html#wpxref56824
The link above is the release notes for IP Communicator 7.0 which is the latest version and there is no support for MAC OS yet.
Cisco IP Communicator is supported only on Windows 2000, XP, and Vista.
Hope this helps
Happy New Year

Ishan

And which version of CCM would be appropriate to implement ip communicator or a derivative of this on a Mac

Hi Boris,
Cisco IP communicator is not supported on the MAC OS . This has nothing to do with the call manager version.Even if you upgrade your CCM ,the IP communicator will not work on a MAC OS.
Hope this helps.
